The Omakase Menu

Every price in Euro, all taxes included

Welcome to SHIKI Omakase. Here you can experience for the first time authentic Japanese Omakase tradition in Vienna — with uncompromising à la minute sushi culture. Each cut, each composition is created immediately before the eyes of the guests: fresh, purist, uncompromised.

In Japan our menu style is called Sushi Kaiseki (寿司懐石) — a harmonious sequence of courses rooted in centuries of Japanese culinary tradition, elevated with a few non-traditional elements such as meat dishes and chocolate-based desserts.

Omakase Evening Menu

Our classic 12-course Sushi-Kaiseki menu, served Thursday–Saturday evenings from 18:30. All guests begin simultaneously. Please enjoy each piece of Nigiri immediately after preparation — the ideal flavour experience depends on it.

Please Note

To preserve the purity of the Omakase experience, individual adjustments are not possible. Only meat dishes can be replaced by fish dishes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate allergies or vegetarian and vegan preferences.

We kindly ask that all guests begin simultaneously — the perfect sushi rice is served at skin temperature (Hito-hada-no-shari), achieved only through natural cooling.
